A. provision of chartering services in accordance with the instructions of shipowners, which include, but are not limited to, searching and negotiating the hiring of a vessel and concluding (including execution) charter or other agreements related to the hiring of a vessel.
B. Arrange for the due payment to the Shipowners or their nominees of all rental and/or freight proceeds or other sums of money of any nature to which the Shipowners may be entitled in connection with the hiring of the Vessel or otherwise in connection therewith.
C. preparation of voyage estimates and invoices, as well as calculation of rent, freight, demurrage and/or shipping monies due or due to the charterers of the Vessel;
D. issuing flight instructions;
E. appointment of agents;
F. appointment of stevedores;
G. organization of surveys related to the commercial operation of the Vessel.
A. arranging for and supervising the dry docking, repairs, alterations and maintenance of the Vessel in accordance with the standards required by the Owners, provided that the Managers shall have the right to incur the necessary expenses to ensure that the Vessel complies with the laws of the flag of the Vessel and the places where it trades and with all requirements and recommendations of the classification society;
B. organizing the supply of necessary supplies, spare parts and lubricating oil;
C. the appointment of surveyors and technical consultants as the Managers may from time to time consider necessary;
D. development, implementation and maintenance of a safety management system (SMS) in accordance with the ISM Code .
